Bassem Mansour - Co-CEO in Hunting Valley

A longtime presence in the Hunting Valley, Ohio, entrepreneurial community, Bassem Mansour serves as co-CEO of Resilience Capital Partners. For nearly a quarter of a century, he has emphasized a flexible transaction approach in working with investors and distressed business sellers. Bassem Mansour marshals working capital from individuals, pension funds, insurance firms, endowments, and family offices.

Mr. Mansour has facilitated a diverse range of principal investments, as well as M&A transactions, out-of-court restructurings, Chapter 11 bankruptcy reorganizations, and leveraged buyouts. His scope of targeted investments across the decades spans 83 enterprises. His team presently manages nearly $500 million on behalf of private equity investors. Mr. Mansour has in-depth knowledge of niche-oriented enterprises with sustainable market footholds in verticals such as corporate services, value-added distribution, and manufacturing.

Mr. Mansour maintains an active community presence in Hunting Valley, regularly speaking on topics of distressed investing and capital deployment. He has held board responsibilities with organizations such as the Western Reserve Land Conservancy and the Cleveland Museum of Contemporary Art.
